• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate account and company information.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use VeloFlow for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, or to interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid access may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. Trial, billing cycle, pricing, and payment terms are presented in-product and may be updated from time to time.

6. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of your business content. You grant VeloFlow permission to process and store your data as needed to provide the service.

7. Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, or third-party issues may affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeloFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of VeloFlow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
